On April 13, 2017, Faculty of History hosted the fourth Ning Yihongdao Charming Teacher Competition in Nankai University, Jinnan campus. Prof. Zhao Boxiong, Prof. Zhang Fengtian. Prof. Lin Hekun and Prof. Sun Liqun were invited as the judges. Prof. Liu Yi, Prof. Wang Xiaoxin, Prof. Xia Yan, Prof. Liu Xiaoqin, Prof. Liu Zunzhi, and Prof. Wang Yixin presented courses. The attendees included Prof. Xu Zhijiang from the development office of Nankai University; Prof. Yu Xinzhong, Associate Dean of the Faculty of History; as well as nearly 30 teachers and students.
Coordinated by Prof. Yu Xinzhong, six candidates made outstanding course presentations in turn. After all presentations, Prof. Zhao Boxiong delivered a speech on behalf of the committees and he praised six teachers’ brief and excellent presentations. He also gave some suggestions on the design of curriculum and the use of multimedia teaching wares.
Finally, the Charming Teacher Award went to Prof. Wang Xiaoxin, Prof. Xia Yan, and Prof. Wang Yixin. Prof. Liu Yi, Prof. Liu Zunzhi and Prof. Liu Xiaoqin won the prize of nomination.
