The Baosteel Education Fund has unveiled the winners of the 2017 Baosteel Education Awards recently. NKU’s 15 students and teachers won the prizes. Prof. Wang Yixin, the professor of the Faculty of History in Nankai University, won the Baosteel Distinguished Teacher Award.
As a professor in Ancient History, Prof. Wang Yixin committed to the study of Greece and Rome History, ranking a high academic level and achieving a fine social influence. He was responsible for the course of Ancient World History, which was widely admired among students.
The Baosteel Education Award is under the management of the 26-year-history Baosteel Education Fund, which gives out donations to award teachers and students and supports the development of Chinese higher education. Baosteel Education Fund has established a good image in the education sector and in the community, becoming the nationwide education fund with wide influence and high reputation.
