On September 23, the 2020 Orientation Conference of the Faculty of History of History of Nankai University was held ceremoniously. Hundreds of freshmen of undergraduate students, postgraduate students and Ph.D. candidates gathered together to start a new journey in life. Faculty representatives Li Zhian, Chang Jianhua, Wang Lihua, Zhao Xuegong, Yang Juping and Liu Xiao, Faculty CCP Party Secretary Zhao Guimin, Dean Jiang Pei, Deputy Dean Liu Yi, and Grade 1989 undergraduate alumnus Chen Li attended the conference. Zhang Yao, Deputy Secretary of the CCP Party Committee and Deputy Dean, presided over the conference.
