Liu Zunzhi

Liu Zunzhi, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in December 1971 in Fengxian County, Jiangsu Province, and member of China Association for Promoting Democracy. He is currently a professor and a doctoral supervisor at the Department of Archaeology and Museology, Faculty of History, Nankai University, and a member of the Qin-Han Archaeology Academic Committee. He studied successively at Nankai University and Zhengzhou University, a Ph.D. in history and a postdoctoral fellow in archaeology and museology. From 1995 to 2007, he was engaged in field archaeological excavation and research at the Department of Archaeology, Xuzhou Museum in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. From September 2007 to June 2009, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Faculty of History, Nankai University. Since 2009, he has been serving as a teacher at the Department of Archeology and Museology, Faculty of History, Nankai University. 

His research interests include archaeology and research on material culture relating to the Qin, Han, Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties, as well as research on ancient Chinese stone carvings and field archaeology.
