Mao Likun

Mao Likun, a Doctor of History, was born in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province in 1977. He studied at the Department of History of Renmin University of China (1996-2003) and the Institute for Historical Geographical Studies of Fudan University (2003-2006). He studied under Professor Li Shi’an, Professor Zhang Yan, Professor Wu Songdi, etc., and gained basic research skills in the field of the Qing Dynasty history, history of modern and contemporary international relations, and history of economics in modern and contemporary China. He joined the Teaching and Research Office of Modern Chinese History at the Faculty of History of Nankai University in 2006 and was promoted to associate professor in 2014.
